中国美术家协会综合材料绘画与美术作品保存修复艺术委员会于2010年正式成立。本次年会是自2017年2月第二届艺委会换届以后召开的第一次年会，围绕2017年度艺委会整体工作思路、研究、创作和展览工作计划以及各项工作机制等多个议题进行了为期两天的研讨，共同梳理与讨论艺委会的学术理论框架与未来发展方向．通过研讨逐步明晰新的学术定位、策展理念、形态划分和陈展方式，进一步确立综合材料绘画在业内的学术引领身份，在“架上艺术”的概念下，体现综合材料绘画的国际性、当下性以及在中国美术创新发展中的引领作用和特殊地位。

China Artists Association Committee of Painting of Synthetic Materials and the Preservation and Restoration of Art Works was established in 2010. This annual meeting is the first annual lneeting held alter the leadership transition of the second session of the Committee of China Artists Association in Feb, 2017, which discussed the ideas for work, research, creation, working plan for exhibition and working mechanism of Committee of China Artists Association in 2017 for two days, and teased the academic theoretical frame and future trend of development. Through discussion, the new academic location, curating concepts, classification of modality and exhibition methods are made clear, establishing the status of academic leaders. With the concept of easel art, internationalism, present, the leading role and special status during the creative development of Chinese art are reflected,
