“学术硬着陆”:高校文科青年海归教师的工作适应研究 被引量:24

摘要 高校海归教师是留学归国人员重要的组成群体,他们知识储备丰富、国际化视野宽广。本研究以文科青年教师为例,通过访谈,探索他们进入高校后的教学和科研工作适应现状。研究结果显示,部分文科青年海归教师遭遇"学术硬着陆":尽管有教学热情,但缺乏必要的教学技能;课题申请、论文发表也面临重重困难,研究进展缓慢;此外,文科青年海归教师对国内高校科研评价与晋升机制缺乏认同。最后根据访谈结果探索导致"学术硬着陆"的原因,分析影响文科青年海归教师工作适应的因素,并从高校和青年海归教师的角度提出针对性的建议。 Focusing on young faculty with overseas learning experience, this research aims at exploring their working adjustment at universities after returning. The results indicate that young faculty in humanities and social sciences, though having passion for teaching, meet challenges as they lack sufficient teaching experience and skills.They encounter much difficulty in making progress in research, concerning successfully obtaining competitive research projects and publishing articles after returning. In addition, they do not identify with the current mechanism of research assessment and promotion at universities. The paper further probes factors influencing their working adjustment, and provides suggestions for both universities and young returning faculty.
