G蛋白偶联雌激素受体信号通路与肺脏疾病
摘要
雌激素不仅决定人类的第二性征,还能调节人体多系统重要脏器的病理生理功能。既往观点认为,雌激素主要通过其经典的雌激素受体α/β(ERα/β)传递其生物信息。近年来,随着对雌激素膜受体相关研究的开展,一种全新的G蛋白偶联雌激素受体(GPER)进入了人们的视线。该受体在体内生殖、内分泌、神经、免疫以及心血管等多个系统组织中广泛表达,参与调节其正常生理功能;并且在恶性肿瘤、心血管系统、免疫系统等疾病过程中同样起着重要作用。
