摘要 近年来,HAZOP分析方法广泛应用于长输油气管道站场工艺安全分析与评估中,但由于其无法定量风险,因此不能判定安全措施能否将风险控制在可接受范围内。为了弥补这些不足,在HAZOP分析的基础之上引入了LOPA分析。通过对HAZOP、LOPA分析方法各自的特点和它们之间的联系的研究,得出两者能够较好的互补并提升安全分析效果的结论,以某成品油站场为例进行了HAZOP-LOPA风险评估。结果表明,HAZOP-LOPA分析方法不但可以量化风险,而且能够确定现有安全措施是否足够,是HAZOP分析结果的继承和发展,是提高风险评估结果准确性的有效方法。 In recent years, the HAZOP analysis method is widely used in long-distance oil and gas pipeline station process safcty analysis and evaluation, but because it cannot quantify the risk, it cannot determinc whether the safety measures can be controlled within the acceptable range. To compensate for these deficiencies, LOPA analysis was introduced on the basis of HAZOP analysis. Through the study of the characteristics of HAZOP and LOPA analysis methods and the relationship between them, the conclusion is drawn that the two can complement each other and enhances the safety analysis effect. A HAZOP-LOPA risk assessment is carried out with a refined oil station as an example. The results show that the HAZOP-LOPA method can not only quantify the risk, but also can determine whether the existing safety measures are sufficient. It is the inheritance and development of the HAZOP analysis results, and it is an effective method to improve the accuracy of the risk assessment results.
