摘要 针对区域矿山矿床开采分散、运输系统网络复杂、运输成本难以控制等特征,构建了基于复杂网络规划的区域矿山运输系统优化模型,对区域开采条件下的集约化运输系统进行综合规划,实现区域矿山运输系统的高效、经济与科学有效性。通过分析运输技术经济指标、空间地理位置关系以及明确系统优化原则,建立了系统网络图,以综合运输成本最低为目标,考虑采场分布、运输方式、转运环节以及其他影响因素,运用计算机技术和网络流理论,得到区域矿山运输系统全局最优方案。以国内某金属矿山为案例进行了模型的有效性验证,解算出矿山最优的区域运输路线,并得出最低运输成本费用。结果表明:模型满足运输系统的管理综合性和规模集约化要求,可以有效保证矿山运输系统的安全、经济、高效运转。 In view of the characteristics of regional mineral deposit mining,complex transportation system network and difficult to control transportation costs,a optimization model of regional mine transportation system based on complex network planning is constructed. Under the condition of regional exploitation,the comprehensive transportation system is integrated to realize the high efficiency,economy and scientific validity of regional mine transportation system. Based on analyzing the re-quirements of technical and economic index,the relationship between spatial location and establish the principle of system opti-mization,the system network diagram is established,the optimization model that considering the stope distribution,transporta-tion methods,transport links and other factors are proposed, which goal is minimum comprehensive transportation cost. The global optimal scheme of regional underground mine transportation system is obtained by using computer technology and net-work flow theory. Taking a metal mine in our country as the study example,the performance of the optimization model proposed in this paper is verified,the optimal regional transportation route is obtained and the lowest transportation cost is calculated. The study results show that the optimization model established in this paper can not only meet the requirements of comprehen-sive management and intensive operations,but also can ensure the safe,economic and efficient operation of the mine transporta-tion.
