Aimed at the mining and ore dressing reconstruction projects of a lead-zinc mine in Cheng County of Longnan City in Gansu Province, its ecological influence of Jifeng Mountain provincial nature reserve area is analyzed from the three as-pects of vegetation and plant diversity, animal diversity and natural landscape to provide basis for the the impact analysis of mining activities to nature reserve area. The 1-hour average and the 24-hour average emission concentrations of SO2 are predic-ted under different working conditions, the influence analysis of the reconstruction projects to nature reserve area is done by comparing with the current thresholds of cute and cumulative damage of plants caused by SO2 ,the results show that the influ-ence of the emission of SO2 produced the reconstruction projects of the mine is acceptable to the leaves of the wild plant in the nature reserve area. The direct and indirect influence analysis of the mining and ore dressing reconstruction projects of the mine to animal diversity is done from the aspects of ecological destruction and environmental pollution, the results indicated that the reconstruction projects of the mine would not destruct the ecological environment of the nature reserve area directly, and the in-fluence of the projects to the animal diversity is also acceptable. Since the reconstruction projects of main is conducted in the same place, and the industrial landscape of the mining area is already existed,so,the reconstruction projects can not cause the new bad effect to the landscape of the nature reserve area.
