摘要
纵述我国羊肚菌主产区之一的甘肃省甘南藏族自治州的自然环境状况,甘南州羊肚菌的种质资源、分类研究、液体发酵及人工栽培现状等,提出今后须在羊肚菌种质资源及生境调查、深层发酵研究及良种选育3个方面开展大量工作。
Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is one of the main producing areas of Morchella due to its unique climatic characters, which provided excellent ecological conditions for the occurrence of Morchella. In this paper, the recent research progresses of resources distribution, taxonomy, liquid fermentation, and artificial cultivation of morels in Gannan are reviewed. The potential issues remaining in the current research and give some suggestions for future study are discussed.
