摘要
茯苓以其较高的药用价值、营养价值及独特的保健作用而备受关注,科研工作者在茯苓种质资源、有效成分检测等方面的研究已取得一定成果。介绍茯苓的研究现状和对茯苓基础遗传特性、种质资源多样性及有效成分含量检测等方面所取得的研究成果,分析指出在茯苓种质资源研究方面存在的问题。
Poria is of great concern for its high medicinal value, nutritional value and unique health care. Researchers have made some achievements in the research ofPoria cocosaceous germplasm resources and active ingredient detection. This paper introduces the research status of Poria cocos, and expatiates on the research results of Poria cocosical genetic characteristics, germplasm resources diversity and active ingredient content detection, and analyzes the existing problems in the research of Poria germplasm resources for the future study.
