摘要
以广西大学食用菌研究所引进的印度丽蘑菌株为试验对象,进行菌丝体生物学特性研究。结果表明:印度丽蘑对温度、pH的适应性较广,适宜温度范围为26~36℃,以32℃时生长最佳;在pH 5.0~9.0范围内均可正常生长,最适pH为7;最适碳源为果糖;最适氮源为酵母膏。
This experiment was conducted to study the characteristics the mycelia of Calocybe india . The results showed that the adaptability of Calocybe india on the pH and temperature were relatively wide. The suitable temperature of Calocybe india ranged from 26 ℃ to 36 ℃ and the pH ranged from 5 to 9. The optimum value of temperature was 32 ℃ and pH was 7, the optimum carbon source was fructose and the optimum nitrogen source was yeast extract.
