摘要 为了建立ICP-MS在线内标法测定白酒中铅的方法,以国产和进口2种白酒作为研究对象,通过酸化稀释法探索了白酒检测的适宜酒精度范围,并对ICP-MS工作参数及条件进行了优化。以铋(Bi)为内标,铅的线性范围为0~80μg/L,测定标准工作曲线,进行精密度试验与回收率试验,并确定该方法的最低检出限。结果显示:通过酸化稀释方法前处理操作,将白酒的酒精度控制在2%~5%的范围内检测,方法的检出限最低达到0.014μg/L,回收率在90%~110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.2%,精密度和准确度满足痕量分析要求。采用该方法对白酒样品进行分析,具有准确、快速、简便的特点,可大大提高检测工作效率。 In order to establish the method of ICP-MS online internal calibration for the determination of lead in liquor, this paper with domestic liquor and imported liquor as the experimental object, the range of suitable alcohol for liquor detection was explored by adding nitric acid dilution method. Operation parameters and conditions of ICP-MS were optimized. Using Bi as the internal standard substance, the linear range of lead is 0-80μg/L. Determine the calibration curve. The minimum detection limits were determined after recovery test and precision test. The results demonstrated that, by adding nitric acid dilution method to control the liquor alcohol in the range of 2% -5%, the detection limit was 0.014 μ g/L, the recovery rate was between 90% and 110%, the RSD was less than 5.2%. Both precision and accuracy could meet the requirements of trace analysis. Use this method to analyze the sample of liquor, with accurate, fast and simple features.
