摘要
槲皮素是一种天然的黄酮类化合物,药理活性广泛,具有抗氧化和清除自由基等作用。采用高效液相色谱测定玫瑰酒中槲皮素的含量,色谱柱C18(250mm×4.6μm),流动相为甲醇-0.3%乙酸水溶液(48∶52),检测波长为368nm,柱温为35℃,流速为0.8ml/min。结果表明:槲皮素在线性范围为10mg/L^200mg/L内有良好的线性关系,r=0.99932,平均加样回收率为90%,RSD为1.48%。该方法快速简便、准确可靠、线性关系良好,可用于玫瑰酒中槲皮素的含量测定。
Quercetin is a kind of natural flavonoids, pharmacological activity, antioxidant and scavenging free radicals, and so on. The HPLC method was used to determine the content of quercetin in rose liquor. The analysis was carried on chromatographic column C18 column (250mm × 4.6 μm. The mobile phase was MeOH -0.3%acetic acid (48 : 52), wave-length 368nm ,flow-rate 0.8ml/min and temperature 35℃. Results and conclusion: The linear range was 10mg/L^200mg/L and gave a correlationship of 0.99932. The recovery was 90% and RSD 1.48%. The method was easy in to determineing the content of quercetin in rose liquor.
