新型城镇化背景下绿色建筑产业化发展对策研究

Development Strategy of Green Building Industrialization Under the Background of New Urbanization

《新型城镇化发展规划(2014—2020)》为我国城镇化发展指明了方向,提出了新的要求.传统城镇化使生态环境遭到破坏,并且因缺乏产业支撑造成城乡区域发展不均衡等问题,因此探索新型城镇化发展的产业支撑成为迫切需求.本文通过分析新型城镇化与绿色建筑产业化的内在联系,阐述绿色建筑产业化在新型城镇化发展中的重要作用,指出了我国当前绿色建筑产业化发展存在的问题,提出引导绿色建筑产业化发展的相应对策,以期为绿色建筑产业化与新型城镇化发展的良性互动提供参考.

＂The Layout of New Urbanization Development （2014--2020）＂ has pointed out directions and put forward new requirements for the development of China＇ s urbanization. The traditional urbanization destroys the ecological environment and induces the imbalance of urban and rural development due to lack of industry support, therefore, it is urgent to explore the development of new urbanization industry support. This paper, based on the analysis of the inherent relationship between the new urbanization and the industrialization of green building, elaborates the important role of green building industrialization in the development of new urbanization, and analyzes the current development of green building industrialization in our country. Finally, the authors put forward the suggestions to the development of green building industrialization, providing a reference for the interaction between the industrialization of green building and the development of new urbanization.
