摘要
以甲基丙烯酸酯类、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBOMA)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)等为单体,在氮气保护下,与过氧化物、相对分子质量调节剂等合成高固体分快干丙烯酸树脂,并用于制备汽车修补漆。讨论了原料因素、工艺条件对树脂性能和制漆性能的影响。结果表明:通过配方的调整、设计,在气体保护与相对分子质量调节剂的共同作用下,合成的高固体份快干丙烯酸树脂用于汽车修补漆,漆膜具有快干、高光泽、优良的耐候性、耐介质及物理机械性能。
A high solid fast-drying acrylic resin was prepared from methacrylate, isobornyl methacrylate (IBOMA), acrylic acid (AA), hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as monomers in addition to and peroxide and molecular weight regulator at the presence of nitrogen, and was further used to prepare the automotive refinish paint. The influence of different raw material and process condition on the properties of resin and paint was studied. The results showed that the prepared resin and paint could allow the film to show a fast-drying and high gloss performance, meanwhile, exhibit good weatherability, chemical resistance and mechanical properties.
