摘要 以水性羟基丙烯酸分散体和磺酸盐改性异氰酸酯固化剂为主要成膜物质,通过大量实验选择了合适的助剂,研制了一种高光、高丰满度、高鲜映性的水性羟基丙烯酸聚氨酯汽车修补漆,涂层具有良好的装饰美观性。研究结果表明:该款水性汽车修补漆储存稳定性良好,不仅具有优异的物理机械性能,同时耐介质性和耐盐雾性突出,在性能上可与国内外同类产品相媲美。在保证漆膜良好外观和性能的基础上,价格更为便宜,具备巨大的市场潜力。 A waterborne acrylate urethane for automobile refinish was developed by using waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion and sulfonate modified isocyanate curing agent as the main film-forming materials and suitable additives through a large number of experiments. The prepared acrylate urethane shows high gloss, high buildiness, high DOI and good decorative performance. The results showed that the waterborne automobile refinish paint had good storage stability, excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance and salt fog resistance which enabled the prepared paint to be as good as the foreign product of its kind. Furthermore, the paint had a favorable price with great market potential.
