摘要
以SWRH82B盘条为例,分析了影响高品质预应力制品用盘条质量稳定性的因素并提出了控制措施。认为盘条同卷同圈性能波动大,有异常组织和大颗粒非金属夹杂物是导致盘条拉拔断裂的主要原因。通过实施窄成分冶炼,降低铸坯碳偏析指数,优化LF精炼技术、连铸机钢包长水口套管,并在盘条输送辊道下方的风口增设佳灵装置等措施,提高了高品质预应力制品用盘条质量的稳定性。
In this paper, the factor to influence the quality stability of steel wire rod is analyzed with SWRH82B as example, and the relative control measures are put forward. The fluctuating performance in the same volume and same circle, and the abnormal structure and large size of non - metallic inclusions are the main reasons for drawing fracture of wire rod. The quality stability are improved by the methods of narrow composition smelting, reducing slab carbon segregation index, optimizing LF refining technologies and ladle long nozzle sleeving, adding Jialing device on the tuyere under the conveyor roller.
