摘要
西门子6SE70变频器是当下应用比较广泛的传动调速装置。2台或多台同型号的变频器通过SIM OLINK光纤通讯实现主从控制的调速系统被应用于一些对转矩要求高,启动、制动频繁的系统中。介绍了承钢150 t炼钢转炉倾动应用的由4台变频器组成的主从控制系统,其中1台变频器为主,另外3台为从。4台电机将负荷平均分配,使系统运行更加稳定。
Abstract： The Siemens 6SE70 inverter is a kind of transmission speed regulating device with widely use. The speed governing system with master - slave control, achieved by two or more converters of same model through SIMOLINK fiber - optic communication, is applied to some systems for high torque, frequent starting and braking. The tilting control system of Chengsteel 150 t converter is composed by 4 inverters, with 1 master inverter and 3 slave inverters. The load will be distributed evenly into 4 motors, which makes the system more stable.
