摘要
针对企业现有的双滤桶磁性过滤器存在的成本高、效率低等问题,运用TRIZ冲突求解工具对其技术冲突进行了具体分析,根据冲突解决矩阵找出解决方案,结合其结构特点和实际情况,对其进行了创新设计,采用单桶、马达与齿轮齿条驱动磁块运动的总体方案,实践证明经改进的结构简单,制造成本得以降低,过滤流量和效率得到了较大的提高,完全达到了预期的效果。
The existing double filter barrel magnetic filter in company has the problems of high cost and low efficiency. To solve these problems, the technical conflict is analyzed based on TRIZ conflict solving tools according to its structure characteristics, the conflict solving matrix is applied to find the solutions. Combined with its structural characteristics and the actual situation, its innovative design of double filter barrel magnetic filter is carried out. Single barrels, motors, racks and gear are used to drive the overall movement of magnetic block. Practice proves that the improved structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the filtering flow and efficiency is improved. Expected effect is achieved.
