摘要
针对真空吸附方式的吸盘爬壁移动平台,提出了一种采用多网格进气口圆形风口的吸附方式,并在ANSYSCFX模块下进行了气流的流场分析。最后通过研制的移动爬壁平台样机验证了吸附系统的可靠性和稳定性。三维连续不可压缩气体的风压强度采用数值计算得出解析解的方法通常比较复杂,而利用有限元分析则为流场的分析与模拟提供了快速、有效地方法。
An adsorption method using multi-grid air inlet is proposed, and the flow field analysis is carried out under the ANSYS CFX module. Finally, the reliability and stability of the adsorption system are verified by the prototype of the mobile wall-climbing platform. Three-dimensional continuous incompressible gas pressure intensity calculated by numerical method is usually more complex analytical solution, and the use of finite element analysis for flow analysis and simulation provides a fast and effective method.
