带式输送机软启动设计及功率平衡的分析

摘要 针对长距离带式输送机启动冲击大、电机间驱动力不均匀的问题,通过对输送带启动曲线和电机间功率平衡两方面进行分析,提出了三角形与抛物线组合"S"形启动曲线及以变频调速的方式实现电机间功率平衡;同时对变频矢量控制的原理进行分析,为变频调速的设计提供了理论基础。 Aiming at the problem that the start-up shock of long distance belt conveyor is large and the driving force between motors is not uniform, this paper analyzes the conveyor belt start-up curves and motor power balance. Frequency control and "S" shape curve of triangle and parabola is put forward to achieve the motors power balance. The principle of frequency conversion vector control is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of frequency control.
