摘要
通过分析国内煤矿井下辅助运输设备的发展现状以及与国外先进国家的差距,针对采区辅助运输难度大、机械化程度低等问题,提出研制一种新型的辅助运输设备——井下巷运双动力多用途运输车辆。文中介绍了该车辆的总体设计方案,行走系的研究(包括其组成和行驶力学分析)以及传动设计方案,并确定了其传动设计方案中的动力合成器的关键设计参数。
Based on the analysis ofthe development status of auxiliary transportation equipment in domestic coal mines and the gap with foreign advanced countries, this paper proposes a new type of auxiliary transportation equipment which is underground powerhouse multi-purpose transport vehicle,aiming at the difficulty of auxiliary transportation in mining area and the low degree of mechanization. This paper introduces the design of the vehicle, the study of the running system (including its composition and driving force analysis) and transmission design, and the key parameters of the transmission design of power synthesizer is determined.
