摘要 主要针对硬质合金压力烧结炉温度均匀性指标提升,增加了一种内外级联热电偶安装和控温方式,该装置和控温方式能大大提高炉内产品区低温及高温均匀性指标,改善产品钴磁和磁力均匀性,同时缩短了产品脱蜡及烧结保温时间,提高烧结生产效率的同时提高了硬质合金产品烧结性能指标。 To improve the temperature uniformity index of cemented sintering furnace, an internal and external cascade thermocouple installation and temperature control method is proposed. The device and temperature control method can greatly improve the uniformity of low temperature and high temperature. The cobalt magnetic and magnetic uniformity of product is improved, the product dewaxing time and sintering insulation time are shortened. The sintering production efficiency is improved. The carbide products sintering performance indicators are improved.
