摘要
针对实际生产中对圆筒类结构的加紧及工装需求,结合现有轮胎技术,创新设计了一款适用于圆筒类结构的弹性夹具。根据工程需求,分析了工程夹具的使用需求,介绍了该夹具的结构特点、设计原理、适用范围及突出特点,实现了设计及生产的低成本、高通用性、径向全接触等功能。生产实践证明,该轮胎式内胀夹具系统结构新颖、简单、操作方便,既提高了工作效率,又降低了使用成本,工程及经济效益明显。
Aiming at the tightening and tooling requirements of cylinder structure and the existing tire technology, a flexible fixture suitable for cylinder type structure is innovatively designed. According to the engineering requirement, the application requirement of the engineering fixture is analyzed. The structural characteristics, design principle, applicable range and prominent features of the fixture are introduced. The functions of low cost, high versatility and radial contact are realized. Production practice has proved that the tire within the fixture system has advantages of simple and novel structure, easy operation. Its work efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced, engineering and economic benefits are improved.
