摘要
为增强热电机组的负荷调节能力,内蒙古丰泰发电有限公司采用了相变储热装置。针对储热装置在调试中出现的相变材料外溢、测温元件安装位置不当、装置储热能力受限等问题,分析了原因并给出相应的处理措施,为类似改造项目提供参考。
Inner Mongolia Fengtai Power Generation Company Ltd., used tire phase change thermal energy storage device for enhancing the load regulating ability of thermoelectric unit. The causes of issues existing in thermal storage devices like outflow of phase change material, unsuitable installation position of temperature elements, and limited charging rate of device were analyzed. Put forward the relevent treatment measures, which could offer the reference for the similar transformation items.
