摘要 针对传统接地电阻测试仪仅能测试工频接地电阻,无法有效测量冲击接地电阻的情况,提出1种针对直击雷与感应雷的冲击接地电阻测量方法,并介绍了基于此方法开发的便携式测量装置的结构、工作原理及其现场测试方案。该装置能够模拟产生直击雷、感应雷信号,可直接、快速地对输电线路杆塔冲击接地电阻进行检测。现场实际应用情况表明,装置操作简单、使用方便、现场实用性强,能准确检测出工频接地电阻合格但冲击接地电阻异常的杆塔。 The traditional grounding resistance measurement device couht only lest tile power frequency grounding resistance, while could not test the impulse grounding resistance, present one kind of grounding resistance measurement method to the direct and induction lightning. Introduced the structure, the working principle and the site test scheme of the portable derive developed based on that method. The device could simulate the direct and induction lightning to check the tower impulse grounding resistance directly and rapidly. The practical application showed that the device operation was simple, convenient, and the site practicability was strong. The device could find the towers accurately, whose power frequency grounding resistance was qualified but impulse grounding resistance was abnormal.
