摘要
某电厂循环流化床锅炉用作衬体的耐火耐磨可塑料在锅炉运行过程中出现磨损、脱落现象,威胁机组的安全运行。分析其主要原因为温度波动、机械冲刷、施工工艺不良等,对此提出旋风分离器进口靶区采用超耐磨可塑料、改进衬体施工工艺、启炉时对新敷设的衬体进行烘烤等处理措施。处理后,2 a内锅炉未发生衬体磨损和脱落现象,设备可靠性和运行经济性显著提高。
The wear and deciduous phenomenon appeared in the boiler nmning processin with tile fire and wear resistant plastic used as the lining of circulating fluidized hed boiler in a power plant. The main reasons were temperature fluctuation, mechanieal erosion, poor construction teehnology and so on. It also puts forward some measures for the new boiler to bake the new lining and the position of the target area of the eyelone separator. After treatment, wear and fall off did not oeeur in the lining of the boiler in the 2 years, the reliability of the equipment and the eeonomy of the operation signifieantly improved.
