摘要
塔式起重机是建筑施工中重要的施工设备,它在使用过程中的金属结构安全性能评估直接影响到使用安全,同时为了避免塔机结构在运行过程中产生共振现象,也有必要对塔机进行振动特性研究。以某塔式起重机为研究对象,根据常规典型工况进行有限元模型构建和应力分析,并完成整机的模态分析,得到塔机在常规工况下的应力状况与前六阶固有频率和振型,分析出塔机在工作过程中的关键检测位置,为塔机的优化设计提供理论支撑。研究结果对塔机的优化设计及安全使用具有重要的意义。
The tower crane is an important construction equipment in the building construction,the safety performance evaluation of its metal structure in use directly affects the safety of use,and in order to avoid resonance phenomenon of the tower crane's steel structure in operational process,it is necessary to research the vibration characteristics of the tower crane. In this paper,taking a tower crane as the research object,according to the typical working conditions,the finite element model ,stress analysis and the model analysis of the tower crane are completed, and the stress state of the tower crane under normal conditions, the first six order natural frequency and vibration mode are gotten,then the key detection position of the tower crane in the work process is obtained ,which provides the theoretical support for the optimization design of the tower crane. The results have important significance for the optimization design and safe use of the tower crane.
