晚期胃癌患者组织中PVT1、Her-2基因表达水平与临床病理的关系 被引量:2

Correlation between the Expression of PVT1 and Her-2 Genes and Clinical Pathology in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

摘要 【目的】探讨晚期胃癌患者组织中人浆细胞瘤转化迁移基因1(PVT1)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)表达水平及其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。【方法】采用免疫组织化学染色法检测分析本院收治的80例经病理确诊的晚期胃癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织中PVT1、Her-2表达水平。【结果】胃癌组织标本PVT1高表达率、Her-2阳性表达率均明显高于较癌旁组织(P〈0.05);印戒细胞患者PVT1高表达率(81.25%)、Her-2阳性率(75.00%)明显高于乳头状腺癌、管状腺癌、低分化腺癌(P〈0.05);相关性分析显示PVT1高表达、Her-2阳性表达与胃癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P〈0.05),与细胞分化程度呈负相关(P〈0.05),但与患者性别、年龄无相关性(P〉0.05)。【结论】晚期胃癌患者组织中PVT1、Her2基因表达水平与胃癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移、细胞分化、临床病理有明显相关性,临床可据此为晚期胃癌患者选择合理手术方案。 [Objective] To investigate the correlation between the expression of human plasmacytoma transformation and migration gene 1 (PVT1) and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (Her-2) and clinical pathology in patients with advanced gastric cancer. [Methods] Eighty cases of advanced gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology and the expression level of PVT1 and Her-2 in normal tissues adjacent to cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.[Results]The high expression rate of PVT1 and the positive expression rate of Her-2 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues ( P 0.05). The high expression rate of PVT1 and positive rate of Her-2 in patients with signet ring cells (81.25%, 75.00%) were significantly higher than those in patients with papillary adenocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcino- ma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma ( P 〈0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that high expression of PVT1 and positive expression of Her-2 were positively correlated with TNM stage of gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis( P 〈0.05), and negatively correlated with the degree of ceil differentiation , but there was no correlation with gender and age ( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion]The expression levels of PVT1 and Her-2 in patients with advanced gastric cancer are significantly correlated with TNM stage of gastric cancer, lymph node metastasis, cell differentiation and clinical pathology.
