妊娠晚期糖尿病患者的血清25-羟维生素D3水平和胰岛素抵抗及骨代谢指标的相关性 被引量:16

摘要 【目的】探讨晚期妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平与胰岛素抵抗及骨代谢指标的相关性。【方法】选取2012年1月至2015年1月本院住院的妊娠晚期GDM孕妇40例(观察组),同时选取同期健康妊娠晚期孕妇40例作为对照组,检测两组受试者血清25-(OH)D3、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型原胶原N端前肽(PINP)和β-胶原特殊序列(β—CTx)的水平,并分析25-(OH)D3与胰岛素抵抗及骨代谢指标的相关性。[结果]GDM组血清中25-(OH)D3水平为(15.35±4.55)ng/mL,明显低于对照组(19.52±3.75)ng/mL,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);妊娠晚期GDM患者25-(OH)D3与胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、BGP和PINP呈负相关(P〈0.05),与β-CTx无明显相关性(P〉O.05)。[结论]25-(OH)D3和妊娠晚期GDM患者有密切相关,可通过检测25-(OH)D3水平来监测GDM患者的病情及骨质代谢的状态。
