彭真对我国选举制度的探索与贡献

Peng Zhen's Exploration and Contribution to China's Election System

在党的老一辈革命家中,彭真是除董必武之外最具法制精神的领导人。他在领导党和国家的民主法制建设工作中,勤于思考,勇于实践,积极探索,为我国社会主义民主法制的进步和发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献,在我国选举制度的确立和完善过程中发挥了重要的作用。通过回顾,分别从建国前、建国初期、"文化大革命"结束之后这三个时期,来探讨彭真对我国民主选举制度的理论与实践的贡献。

In the old revolutionary revolutionaries of the Party, Peng was the leader of the democratic and legal spirit,with the exception of Dong Biwu,who,in the work of leading the party and the country in the building of democracy and the rule of law,was diligent in thinking,practicing and actively exploring for China＇s socialism Democracy and the progress and development of the legal system has made an indelible contribution. This paper explores Peng Zhen^s exploration and contribution to our democratic election sys-tem in the early period of the founding of the People＇s Republic of China and the end of the period after the founding of the Cultural Revolution, which has played an important role in the establishment and perfection of our electoral system.
