大倾角综采面采煤机装煤效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 装煤为综采工作面五道工序之一,装煤效果直接决定刮板输送机的推移量和综采面生产效率。大倾角煤层走向长壁综采生产实践表明,随着工作面倾角的增大,装煤效果急剧变差。基于滚筒装煤原理和工作面倾角,分析了影响大倾角煤层走向长壁综采工作面采煤机装煤效果的主要因素。指出在未采用弧形挡煤板时,采煤机下行割煤的滚筒装煤效果远比上行割煤要好。而加装弧形挡煤板后,上、下行割煤均可获得最佳装煤效果。建议采取加装弧形挡煤板、优化滚筒参数和降低溜槽高度措施改善大倾角煤层走向长壁工作面采煤机装煤效果。 Coal loading process is one of five processes of fully mechanized coal mine face, scraper conveyor processing amount andfully mechanized working face production rate was determined by coal loading effect directly. The production practical of longwall miningalong the strike with large angle coal seam showed that coal loading effect decreased obviously with working face incline angle in-creased. Based on roller coal loading principle and working face dip angle, then the main factors that influenced coal cutter loadingeffect of longwall mining along the strike with large angle coal seam were analyzed. Roller coal loading effect was more better with down-ward cutting method then upward without arch spillplate, when arch spillplate was applied, the optimal coal loading effect could ar-rived with all cutting method. it suggests that coal cutter loading effect of longwall mining along the strike with large dip angle coal seamcould be improved under arch spillplate application and optimized roller parameters and decreased chute height.
