鼻内镜下治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉临床疗效

Objective to investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in elderly patients

目的:探讨鼻内镜下治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉临床疗效。方法:选取80例老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,即试验组和对照组,各40例,其中对照组年龄<65岁;试验组患者年龄≥65岁,分析、比较两组患者术后的临床疗效以及手术并发症等情况。结果:对比分析两组患者的临床疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉临床疗效显著,应用效果良好,安全性较高,值得临床推广采用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in eld-erly patients. Method 80 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps patients were selected as the research object, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the patients in control group were less than 65 years old ; the patients in experimental group were older than 65 years, clinical analysis compared two groups of patients with postoperative complications and surgery. Results The comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the two groups had no statistically significant difference （ P 〉0. 05） ; the experimental group operation time, in-traoperative blood loss were lower than the control group, the recurrence rate was lower than the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Con-clusion The clinical efficacy of endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in elderly patients is significant, the application effect is good, the safety is high, it is worthy of clinical application.
