机械振动排痰对无力自主咯痰的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者疗效的影响

Effects of Mechanical Vibration Expectoration in Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with the weakness of independent expectoration

目的:观察机械振动排痰辅助治疗对无力自主咯痰的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者疗效的影响。方法:120例慢阻肺急性急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),比较两组患者7 d内每日排痰量、治疗前后血气分析及临床疗效。结果:两组患者在每日排痰量、治疗后血气分析、临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机械振动排痰对无力自主排痰的慢阻肺急性加重期患者辅助治疗临床治疗效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of mechanical vibration expectoration in treatment of acute exacerbation of chron-ic obstructive pulmonary disease （ AECOPD） with the weakness of independent expectoration. Method 120 patients with AECO- PD were randomly divided into the treatment group （60 cases ） and control group （60 cases ） , clinical characteristics were com-pared between the groups, including the daily sputum, blood gas analysis and clinical efficacy. Results There were significant difference in the daily sputum volum,blood gas analysis and the clinical efficacy. Conclusion Mechanical vibration expectoration has definite effect in treatment of AECOPD with the weakness of independent expectoration, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
