中医定向药透疗法对颅脑损伤的预后观察

Observation on the prognosis of brain injury by directional drug penetration therapy in traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:观察中医定向药透疗法对颅脑损伤患者预后的影响。方法:选取颅脑损伤患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上予以中医定向药透疗法,观察两组患者GCS评分和Barthel指数评分。结果:治疗前两组患者GCS评分和Barthel指数评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的GCS和Barthel指数评分均改善,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对颅脑损伤患者进行中医定向药透疗法治疗,能有效提高患者生活质量,对改善患者预后、促进健康有积极意义。

Objective To observe the effect of brain injury by directional drug penetration therapy in traditional Chinese Med-icine. Method 60 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly assigned to two groups ： treatment group and control. Pa-tients in control group were recieved conventional therapies, while those in treatment group were recieved conventional and tradi-tional Chinese medicine therapy. GSC score and Barthel index score of the two groups were evaluated. Results The GSC score and Barthel index score of the two groups were not statistically significant before treatment （P 〉0. 05） ; After treatment, the GSC score and Barthel index score of treatment group was higher thanthatofcontrol（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with traumatic brain injury in traditional Chinese medicine treatment, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, improve the prognosis of pa-tients, promote health has a positive significance.
