膀胱冲洗对预防留置尿管患者尿路感染效果的meta分析

Meta analysis of bladder irrigation in urinary tract infection patients with indwelling catheter

目的:评价膀胱冲洗预防留置导尿管引起的尿路感染的效果。方法:检索中国全文期刊数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库关于膀胱冲洗预防尿路感染的随机对照试验,同时通过"滚雪球"方式,追查纳入文献的后附参考文献。结果:本研究纳入10个RCT,含1361例患者,异质性检验df=9,P=0.000 3<0.1,I^2=71%,其RR(95%CI)为1.01(0.65,1.58)P=0.05。结论:膀胱冲洗组与非冲洗组的尿路感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),膀胱冲洗不能有效降低尿路感染的发生率。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of bladder irrigation in urinary tract infection patients with indwelling catheter. Method The randomized controlled trials （ RCTs） of bladder irrigation of prevention of urinary tract infection due to in-dwelling catheter were collected by searching CNKI,WanFang Datebase and VIP Datebase and tract dowm into references in the literatures by the way of “snowball”. Results 10 RCTs involving 1 361 patients were include. Heterogeneity Test were df = 9 , P =0. 000 3 〈0. 1 ,I^2 =71% ,the RR（95% Cl） was 1. 01（0,65,1. 58） P =0. 05. Conclusion Meta - analysis shows that no sta-tistical significance in infection rate between bladder irrigation group and no bladder irrigation group. Bladder irrigation can not reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection due to indwelling catheter.
