银离子敷料联合高压氧治疗在糖尿病足溃疡创面护理中的效果观察

Effect of alginate dressing with silver combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers

目的:观察银离子敷料联合高压氧治疗在糖尿病足溃疡创面护理中的效果。方法:68例糖尿病足患者随机分成对照组34例和试验组34例,对照组采用银离子敷料置于溃疡,试验组采用银离子敷料联合高压氧治疗,比较两组患者之间的视觉疼痛评分(VAS)、创口创面评分(WBS)、换药次数和满意率。结果:对照组VAS评分为(3.4±0.4),试验组VAS评分为(2.1±0.3),两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组WBS评分为(11.4±1.5),明显低于试验组的(16.6±2.8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和试验组换药次数分别为(26.4±4.1)次和(15.4±2.7)次,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组患者满意率为61.8%,明显低于试验组的(94.1%),两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银离子敷料联合高压氧治疗糖尿病足溃疡可显著加速创面愈合,减少换药次数、缓解患者疼痛并减轻护理工作量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of alginate dressing with silver combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Method Sixty - eight cases of diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into the control group （n = 34） and experimental group （n = 34）. The control group received alginate dressing with silver on ulcer only,while the ex-perimental group was given alginate dressing with silver combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment. The visual analogue scale （VSA） , wound bed score （WBS） , dressing change times and patient satisfaction were evaluated and analyzed between the two groups. Results The VAS in the control group was （3. 4 ±0. 4）,significantly higher than that in the experimental group （2. 1 ± 0. 3） （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The WBS in the control group was （11.4 ±1.5）, significantly lower than that in the experimental group （16. 6 ± 2. 8 ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The number of dressing changes in the control group and experimental group were （ 26. 4 ± 4. 1 ） times and （15. 4 ± 2. 7 ） times respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction was 61. 8% in the control group, lower than 94. 1% in the experimental group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The alginate dressing with silver combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers significantly alleviate the suffering of patients, improve the ulcer healing, reduce the number of dressing changes and ease the workload of nurses.
