《婺源余先生医案》产后病诊治特色

清代新安医家余国珮撰写的《婺源余先生医案》继承喻昌、叶天士等人的学术观点,总结前人经验,博采众长,对产后病的治疗颇有创见。余国珮认为治疗产后病辨证应以"燥、湿"作为总纲,以养阴润燥为治,并倡"养液柔肝"之法,精于辨证,选药灵活,药物多选用清润之品以达有故无殒之功。余国珮从"燥"与"湿"两端辨治产后病,其学术思想可谓独辟蹊径,为现代临床治疗产后病提供了有效的指导及有力的借鉴,颇具启发性。
