妇科腹腔镜术后穴位按摩对胃肠功能恢复的疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Point Massage on Recovering Gastrointestinal Function after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:观察妇科腹腔镜术后穴位按摩对患者胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究,将60例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组按常规术后护理,观察组在常规护理基础上于术后4h开始按摩双侧足三里和三阴交穴,每2h按摩1次,20min/次,至肛门排气为止。观察并记录两组术后患者首次肛门排气时间。结果:对照组有效率为33.33%,观察组有效率为86.67%,观察组术后首次排气时间显著提前、住院天数缩短,两组比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科腹腔镜术后穴位按摩能有效促进患者肛门排气,恢复术后胃肠蠕动功能。

Objective ： To explore clinical efficacy by using point massage to recovery gastrointestinal function after the gynecologic lapa-roscopic surgery. Methods ：60 patients in the Women and Children Hospital of Jiangxi Province from April 2015 to April 2016 by using randomized controlled research methods, all were dealt with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group. Both were 30 cases per group. Control group cared by postoperative nursing, except that nursing, the observation group tackled with point massage after 4 hours of the surgery, every 2 hours once, 20 min/time, until the anus exhausted. At the same time, to observe two groups of postoperative patients anal exhaust time for the first time. Results： Control group effective rate was 33.33%,Ae observation group effective rate was 86.67%. Observation group had a significantly early postoperative exhaust time for the first time, and shortened hospitalization days. There was statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： after the gynecolog-ic laparoscopic surgery, patients with point massage can effectively promote the anus exhaust, and restore postoperative intestinal peri-stalsis function.
