摘要
目的:用全外显子测序技术筛选与乳腺癌转移的相关基因;方法:通过外显子测序技术对1例转移性乳腺癌的原发肿瘤组织及转移组织分别进行全外显子测序。结果:发现杂合性缺失涉及的基因最多的是19号染色体,统计发现位于该区域的锌指基因家族的杂合性缺失发生率最高,涉及基因26个,主要集中在19p13及19q13上。结论:19号染色体上锌指基因家族的的杂合性缺失可能与乳腺癌的转移密切相关。
Objective : To screen the breast cancer metastasis - related genes by whole - exome sequencing technology. Methods : Whole -exome sequencing technology was used to detect the primary and metastatic tumor tissues of a case of metastatic breast cancer in pa-tients .Results: It was found that most of the genes loss of heterozygosity(LOH) on chromosome 19, statistics showed that the highest incidence of loss of heterozygosity in the region of the zinc finger , genes involved in up to 26, mainly in the 19pl3 and 19q13. Con-clusion: The zinc finger gene family loss of heterozygosity on chromosome 19 may be closely related to the metastasis of breast cancer.
