摘要
目的:利用微波辐射法合成姜黄素,并采用正交设计优选出微波辐射法合成姜黄素最佳反应条件。方法:采用正交设计法的4因素3水平L9(34)实验方案。选择原料比、反应时间、反应温度和有机碱性催化剂为考擦因素。通过直观分析和方差分析来确定微波辐射法合成姜黄素的最佳反应条件。结果:优选出的合成条件为乙酰丙酮:香兰素1∶1.8,微波辐射反应40min,反应温度为80℃,选用三乙胺为有机碱性催化剂,按照上述条件,我们将传统的反应时间由9h缩小到40min,且产率达到69.57%以上。结论:该反应条件不仅保证了原有传统反应的产率,还极大地缩短了反应时间,使反应条件变得更清洁、温和和有效。
Objective : Microwave radiation method was used to synthesize curcumin, and orthogonal experiment design was carried out to search for the best synthesis condition. Method: The orthogonal experiment design was conducted through Lg (3^4 ) . Investigation factors were set as raw material ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and organic base catalyst. Result: A premium condition was selected as follows : acetylacetone : vanillin = 1 : 1.8 , microwave reaction time was 40 min, reaction temperature was 80℃, triethylamine was se-lected as organic base catalyst. According to the conditions above, the traditional reaction time could be reduced from 9h to 40 min, and yield could reach at least 69.57%. Conclusion: The new reaction conditions greatly reduced the reaction time, and the yield re-mained still, which would make it cleaner, milder and more efficient.
