摘要
目的:采用超高效液相色谱﹣质谱联用技术对卡博替尼有关物质及降解产物进行检测。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(2.1mm×100mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,流动相A为15m M乙酸铵溶液,流动相B为乙腈,梯度洗脱。ESI源,检测模式为正离子。结果:检测到碱破坏,氧破坏各一个降解产物,根据检测数据推断其结构及裂解途径。结论:该研究对卡博替尼质量控制具有重要意义。
Objective: To establish a LG - MS/MS method for determination of degradation products in cabozantinib. Methods: The chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 (2. 1mm × 100mm, 1. 8μm) , gradient elution was used with mobile phase A of 15mM ammonium acetate and mobile phase B of acetonitrile. ESI was applied and operated in position ion mode. Results : According to this method, two main impurities and its construction and fragmentation pathway were identified. Conclusions: This re-search has played an important role in analyzing quality control of relative substance in cabozantinib.
