摘要
"组织化学习"是一种新的教学方法理念,课题组成员以《管理学》课程教学为改革试点,把管理的重要职能"组织"引入高校本科教学工作中,让学生的"个体学习"转化为"组织化学习",其改革目的是让学生在组织中感受组织文化,接受组织的理念,有目标、有纪律、有计划地学习,主观能动地培养学生的自我管理意识、团队合作意识,提高学生的自我管理能力。课题组为了解"组织化学习"教学方法的实施效果,设计了调查问卷内容并对收回的问卷进行了全面的分析研究。
" Organizational learning" is a new method of teaching idea, the team members taking the curriculum management as teaching reform, the M group" is introduced into the important functions of management of university undergraduate teaching work, let the students convert n individual leamingM into " organizational learning" , the reform purpose is to let the student feel the organization and the organizational culture to accept the concept of organization, with goals, disciplined and systematic study, subjective active to culti-vate the students^consciousness of self management, team cooperation consciousness, improve the studentsxability of self - manage-ment. In order to understand the effect of " histological learning" teaching method, the paper designed the contents of questionnaire and made a comprehensive analysis of the retracted questionnaire.
