试述羌活胜湿汤的临床应用现状

Discussion on the Clinical Application Status of Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction

羌活胜湿汤载于金元四大名医李东垣之《内外伤辨惑论》,具有祛风,胜湿,止痛之功效,主治风湿在表之痹证,症见肩背痛不可回顾,头痛身重,或腰脊疼痛,难以转侧,苔白,脉浮等。本文综述了近10年来现代医家临床应用羌活胜湿汤治疗风湿相搏,侵犯肌表,营卫不和所致的内科、骨科等多种疾病现状。

Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction contained in the Jin - yuan Dynasty physician LI Dong -y u an ^ ＂INTERNAL TRAUMA THEO-RY＂ ,With the effect of Qufeng, Shengshi,relieve pain,mainly attending rheumatism in the table of Arthralgia, Zheng Jian shoulder pain can not be recalled, headache weight, or lumbar pain, difficult to turn the side, white fur, pulse floating and so on. This paper summarized the clinical application of Qianghuo Shengshi Decation in the past ten years to treat rheumatoid pacing, invading the muscle surface, the medical ethics and the internal medicine, orthopedics and ophthalmology.
