鲜蛋内膜分离提取的影响因素探索

Exploration of the Influence Factors of Extraction and Separation of Eggshell Membrane

本研究目的是探索鲜蛋内膜分离提取的影响因素.采用对比结合重量检测分析方法,获得分离提取鲜蛋壳内膜的影响因素.研究结果:湿式机械粉碎鲜蛋内膜分离提取的影响因素为粉碎时间、盐酸浓度、标准筛大小处理和烘干时间;湿式和干式分离提取效果差异显著;湿式显著优于干式分离提取方法.研究结论:优化的分离提取条件可以高效分离提取鲜蛋内膜,该实验条件可用于小型工业化生产.

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence factors of the extraction and separation of egg membrane.The contrast method combined weight analysis was used for the influence factors of the extraction and separation of egg membrane.Results showed that the influencing factors of isolation and extraction of fresh eggshell membrane were grinding time, concentration of hydrochloric acid, standard sieve size, and drying time, respectively.The difference between wet and dry separation was significant.The wet method is better than dry method.lt is concluded that the optimization of extraction conditions can be extracted efficiently separated endometrial eggs,and the experimental conditions can be used for small scale industrial production.
