摘要
稳态回转性能是非公路矿用宽体自卸车操纵稳定性一项重要指标,对车辆的行驶安全有着重要影响.采用多体动力学理论,利用多体动力学软件Adams建立包括减振筒、钢板弹簧、拉杆、平衡轴、转向系统、限位块、车架、轮胎、路面在内的非线性多体动力学模型.借鉴国家标准QC/T480-1999《汽车操纵稳定性指标限值与评价方法》对车辆的稳态回转性能进行评价,仿真结果表明:该非公路矿用宽体自卸车的稳态回转性能良好,其中车厢侧倾度与不足转向度评分均很高,中性转向点的侧向加速度得分相对较低,但仍符合设计要求.
The steady turning performance is an important indicator to the handling stability, which has a significant effect on the driving safety.The whole vehicle model including damper cylinders, leaf springs, poll rods , balance shaft, steering system, limited blocks, frame, tires and pavement was built in Adams according the theory of multibody dynamics. The steady turning performance was analyzed according to the Government Standard QC/T480-1999 《Vehicle Handling Stability Limit and Evaluation Method》.Some simulation results show that the steady turning performance of off-way wide-body mining dump truck is fine.Among of them,the lateral inclination and degree of understeer are perfect,even though the lateral acceleration is the lowest among them,but it also completely conforms to the design requests.
