Vision and Action of “Foreign Language + X” Talent Cultivation under the Strategy of “One Belt One Road”

"一带一路"战略的实施能够适时地适应当今世界多极化及经济全球化的发展。多元化外语人才正是"一带一路"建设的支点和关键。目前,外语教育存在外语高精尖复合人才稀缺,课程体系设置不完善,外语素养与其它领域素养的结合不足等问题。必须构建"外语+X"多元人才培养模式,因地制宜地制定相关政策,切实创新教育体制,才能促进"一带一路"宏伟战略实施。

The implementation of the"One Belt One Road"strategy can duly adapt the development of the multi-polarization in today's world and the globalization of the economy.The diversified foreign language talent is just the supporting point and the key of the"One Belt One Road"construction.At present,there is a lack of high-grade compound talents in foreign language,with imperfect curriculum setting and insufficient combination of foreign language accomplishment with other areas,so diversified talent cultivation pattern of"foreign language+ X"should be built,relevant policies should be formulated according to circumstances,and educational system should be innovated.Only in this way can we promote the implementation of the"One Belt One Road"strategy
