介绍了硫酸系统干吸塔出酸口防涡流装置的结构、材质和特点。XDS新型防涡流装置有套筒式和组合式两种结构,由XDS特种合金板材焊接制作而成,性能优良、使用寿命长,能有效适应塔底出酸口处的苛刻工况。防涡流装置的设计、选型和选材对稳定硫酸生产有重要作用。
The structure , material and characteristics of the eddy current device for the acid outlet of the drtower in the sulphuric acid system are introduced. A new type XDS eddy current device is provided with two types of sleeve type and combination type , it is made of XDS special alloy plate , which has good performance and long service life , and can adapt to the harsh working conditions at the bottom of the tower. The design , selection and material selection of role in stabilizing the production of sulphuric acid.
