摘要
新兴本科院校由于不能满足不同类型大四学生的不同学习需求,因而造成了目前逃课、学习效率低下等"大四现象"。以马斯洛的需求理论和"以学习者为中心"的教育理论为依据,在分析不同类型大四学生多样性学习需求的基础上,提出了以重构大四课程体系,学科、专业交叉选课,多元化的考核评价体系、利用现代教育技术的多种学习方式结合和充分发挥学业导师作用为主要内容的满足大四学生学习需求、"以学习者为中心"的大四学生的学习体系,以解决"大四现象"问题。
The fourth-year undergraduate phenomenon, including truancy, low learning efficiency and others, is re-sulted from that new undergraduate colleges cannot meet different learning needs of different types of senior students. According to Maslow's demand theory and the learner-centered education theory, on the basis of analyzing the learn-ing needs of different types of senior students, this paper proposes to reconstruct the learning system for senior stu-dents, select interdisciplinary courses, implement diversified evaluation systems, use modern educational technology, and give full play to the role of academic mentors to solve the fourth-year undergraduate phenomenon problem.
