Education and medical and health service are important content of the 13th Five Year Plan. This pa-per discusses the development and improvement of medical ethics education under the guidance of the 13th Five Year Plan. We should adhere to the innovative, coordinated, green, open, and shared development concept, fully im-plement the fundamental task of moral education, strengthen the education of socialist core values, and enhance stu-dents＇ sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability to improve people＇s well-being and promote the all-round development of people.
