高职学生手机依赖及影响因素实证研究

摘要 目的为了探索高职学生手机依赖现状,并寻找相关的影响因素,本研究进行了问卷调查,进行了实证研究。方法在广东省中山市某高职院校发放230份问卷,以大一、大二学生为样本。用SPSS17.0作为统计工具,探索大学生手机依赖的总体情况及其影响因素,得出回归方程。结果高职学生手机依赖的量表总均分小于3分,但在"戒断症状"维度表现突出,在该因子上均值大于3的人数超过四成,说明高职学生手机依赖总体情况不是特别严重。有情绪低落、人际困扰、成就感低三个因子进入手机依赖回归方程。结论高职学生手机依赖的总体情况不是特别严重,但是他们对手机的"戒断症状"调查结果显示仍然需要关注,需要正确合理干预。 Objective: In order to explore the status of higher vocational students' reliance on mobile phone and find out relevant factors, this study carried out questionnaire survey and empirical study. Methods: Researchers issued 230 questionnaires to freshman and sophomore students in a vocational college in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province. They explored the overall situation of mobile phone dependence and its influencing factors by using SPSS 17.0 as a statistical tool and got regression equation. Result: The total average score was less than three in mobile phone addic-tion index scale, but students' withdrawal symptoms were prominent. The percentage of students with more than three scores in withdrawal symptoms was more than 40%, indicating that the overall dependence situation of mobile phone users was not particularly serious. Three factors of depression, interpersonal distress and low sense of achievement were included in the mobile phone dependency regression equation. Conclusion: The overall situation of mobile phone dependence of vocational college students was not particularly serious, but their withdrawal symptoms still needed to be concerned and intervened.
