摘要
文章主要从探究影响师范生从教能力发展的志趣、理想、信念、自主从教因素、高校自身课程设置、教学环节等因素,分析多种因素对师范生从教能力培养的影响,从师范生自身和高校入手,加强对师范生从教能力的培养,进而提出培养师范生从教能力的多种策略。如坚定理想信念,激发从教信心;敢于实践,提高从教技能;举一反三,改进从教方法;营造重从教能力培养的教学文化;强化教育教学实践;构建能力导向的课程体系。
By exploring interest, ideal, faith, autonomous teaching factors, curriculum setting and teaching links, which influence students' teaching ability development, this paper analyzes the effect of various factors on the cultiva-tion of teaching ability. Students' teaching ability can be strengthened from the perspective of student themselves and the university. This paper puts forward various cultivation strategies, including setting up firm ideal and faith, inspir-ing teaching confidence, putting into practice, enhancing teaching skills, improving teaching methods, creating teaching culture, strengthening teaching practice and building an ability-oriented curriculum system.
